This week is Red Ribbon Week at Goshen Elementary. Below you will find the themes for each day:
Goshen held their first Parents and Pastries event last week with the sixth grade. Parents of our sixth graders came and brought their favorite book and read to a group of students. While they read, Mr. Bailey and Mrs. DeGraffenried brought donuts around. I was a fun time, and we would just like to thank all of the parents and technicians that read to the kids. We would also like to thank the PTA for providing the donuts. Next month, the 5th grade will be participating.
Our first SEP's for this year will be held next Thursday, October 6th. There is a sign up under the PARENTS tab on our website, or you can follow this link http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0e44aaac2babfb6-sepconference Hurry and get those times saved, they are going fast!
Goshen's Fall Dance Festival will be tomorrow morning (Friday, September 30th) at 10:00 AM., on the Southwest field. Please bring chairs to sit on. The students have been practicing so hard, and are so excited to show you what they've learned. Here is what each grade needs to wear for their dance:
Kindergarten: Jeans and a bright colored shirts without prints.
