Veteran's Day Program Scheduled for Friday

Goshen School's second and sixth grades are proud to present their Veteran's Day Program.  They will be performing two times on Friday, November 11th.  They will perform for the students of the school at 9:30 am, and then again that evening for their parents and the public at 6:30 at the school.  They would like to extend an invitation for everyone, to come see what they have worked so hard to put together.  If you or a loved one is a memeber of the military, either active duty, or retired, they would like to honor you that night.

Halloween Carnival a "SCREAMING" Success

Goshen Elementary would like to give a huge thanks to the PTA for organizing a successful Halloween Carnival this year!  After dinner, which consisted of sloppy joes, chips and drinks, the students were able to play games for fun Halloween prizes, have their picture taken at the photo booth, and walk through the spook alley.  Throughout the night, prizes were given to students who entered the jack-o-lantern contest, the bottle decorating contest and the costume contest.

Halloween Parade

Halloween is on Monday, October 31st.  We will be having our Annual Halloween parade at 9:30 am.  (PM Kindergarten will have their parade at 12:30) Parents, if you will meet in the gym, the students will make their way around to each of the classrooms, and then down through the gym so you can take some pictures.  Please remember that masks and weapons (real or pretend) are not allowed, and because of the "scary clown" trend going on right now, we ask that your students don't come dressed as clowns this year.
