A scientist from Discovery Gateway came and visited with our 5th graders last week. She presented their "Reaction Time" program to them, and taught them about chemistry. The students were able to perform their own experiments in some hands on activities. It was a great review of their science unit on Matter from the first of the year. We would like to thank Discovery Gateway for coming all the way to Goshen to present to our students!

Today we are spotlighting one of the people that keeps our school going, and one of the first people you will see when coming into the school. This is Mrs. Oberg, our school secretary. She has worked at Goshen School for 27 years. She lives in Genola with her husband. They have been married for 38 years. They have two children, a daughter and a son. They have five grandchildren, four grandsons and one granddaughter. Mrs. Oberg's husband is a retired maintenance specialist.
