It's March, and that means it's time for the Education Fair!  The Education Fair is a Goshen School custom that allows our students to show off the things they know in the categories of Literature, Math, Science and Social Studies.  Students may choose a project to do in any of the categories they choose.  They may choose just one category to focus on, or they may do a project in each category if they would like.  Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize in each category in each grade.  Here are some important dates to remember for the upcoming fair:

The end of the third term is coming up on March 16th, so that means it's time for our last SEP meetings of the year!  Meetings will begin at 3:30 pm on March 16th.  Please sign up under your teachers' names for the best available time for you.  The link to the sign up page has been provided below.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call the school

The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium made a visiting field trip to the Goshen School 2nd grade classes.

Our 2nd grade was able to learn about the 7 continents on the earth by sitting around a large rug of the earth. They were shown where the rainforests are located and about some of the different animals that live there. Students were then given the opportunity to look and touch different snakes, lizards, cockroaches and to meet a beautiful blue parrot who waved at them and flapped his wings. Our 2nd grade will make a follow-up field trip to the Aquarium in March.

During our January Falcon's Pride Assembly, the Fourth Grade showed the school how well they know the steps to long division by performing a song that they learned to help them.  With their sunglasses and awesome dance moves, they demonstrated the division process.  Great Job guys!

Our January Ambassadors of the Month were announced at our January Falcon's Pride Assembly.  They were chosen for being Respectful.  A huge thanks goes out to these students for being a great example to their fellow classmates for showing respect for themselves, their peers and their teachers!
