The first grade held their annual Spelling Bee this week.  After man6 rounds, Teague Jones took 1st place, William Contreras took 2nd place and Jacob Burningham took 3rd place. Congratulations kids!

Nebo School District is gearing up for summer break. While summer presents an opportunity to relax and enjoy the sunshine, we want our students to continue to find ways to learn while away from the classroom.

We have an exciting reading service available through OverDrive (http://***.lib.overdrive.com). The OverDrive collection provides free 24/7 access to eBooks and audiobooks. What better way to engage your student’s mind than through reading?

Free lunches for children will be offered in Santaquin again this year beginning June 5th at Centennial Park.  Lunches will be served from 11:00-12:00 Monday Friday until August 18th.  See flier for additional details.

Mrs. Burningham is retiring after many fun years of teaching.  The staff and students at Goshen Elementary feel so blessed to have had Mrs. Burningham in our school.  She has touched many young lives throughout her years as a teacher, and we would like to celebrate this next step with her.  We will be having an Open House Monday, May 15th from 3:30-5:30 in the auditorium here at the school.  Come take some time to visit with her and wish her will on the next step of her journey.  We sure will miss seeing her around school, but wish her the best!
