Devin Johnson is taking his "victory lap' after winning this beautiful, new bicycle for reading in Ken Garff's Road to Success program. Devin is a fifth grade student in Mr. Travis Proctor's class at Goshen Elementary School and is a voracious reader. It is this reading that helped him win the new bike, which was the top prize in the first term's reading contest drawing.
