Mrs. Mitchell is our OEK kindergarten teacher. Her favorite place to visit is canyons. She loved her time in Australia visiting family. Her favorite food is Indian. She enjoys a cold Diet Dr. Pepper or grape juice! Her favorite book is the Hobbit series by J. R. Tolkien. Her favorite movie is Roger and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. She would love to learn to dance! And she enjoys fishing.
