Don't forget about the Goshen Kids' Marathon tomorrow morning!  For those that have pre-registered, the race will start promptly at 9:00 here at the school, RAIN OR SHINE!!!!  After the race, join us for breakfast!

These new books, as well as the PILES of others I took out of the fairs themselves when they were here, are in our library because of the rewards we earned at our book fair this year.

 The Second grade had a great experience on a Walking Field Trip.  The students left the school on Thursday, May 10 with their science notebooks in tow.  Students made observations of spring and uses of  water while walking from the School to the Goshen Rodeo Grounds.  At the rodeo grounds they had stick horse races.  They then went up to the Goshen Baseball Field where they played a game of kickball.  After a competitive game, students Walked to the Goshen Church Pavilion where they enjoyed lunch and games on the grass.  What a great day!

Thanks to the PTA, the faculty and staff were treated with Breakfast from Goofy's Kitchen on Thursday.  On the menu was muffins, fruit, eggs, sausage and Mickey shaped pancakes, along with chocolate milk and juice.  It was nice to have a delicious breakfast before school.

On Wednesday, the PTA decorated the faculty room in a tropical theme, and left lots of yummy treats for the staff to use to make their own baggies of trail mix.  It was such a fun way to make our own special treats!  Thanks!
