The 2021-2022 school year is fast approaching! Here is some important information for you to be aware of before school starts:
- Meet the Teacher: Our Meet the Teacher event will be held Tuesday, August 17th from 3:00-5:00 (the day before school starts). This is a great opportunity to meet your child's teacher and see their rooms.
- School Shirts: We will be selling school spirit shirts and hoodies this year. We will be ordering them soon. If you are interested in buying one, please fill out this survey. This link will take you to the design for this year. All of the shirts will be dark heather grey. Shirts are $6, and Hoodies are16$. Please make sure you put your name and your contact information on the survey.
- School Community Council (Election notice) The Parents School Community Council is a great way for parents to serve and help the students at our school. You attend a monthly one hour meeting and decide how to improve our school. You discuss needs, approve budgets, talk about safe school walking routes and internet safety. We will be holding elections on August 17th during the meet the teacher event. If you are interested in participating in SCC, please send me an email and we will get your name added to the ballot.
- The first day of school will be Wednesday, August 18th. Our hours will be going back to normal this year. School will start at 9:15 and end at 3:30.
