Online registration for Fall will begin on July 25, 2019. All registration will be done online this year. Goshen Elementary in-person registration will be held on July 29 from 8 am - 4 pm. A school nurse and interpreter will be available at school to assist with immunization records and completion of online forms. Before students (1-6) will be assigned to a class, the following must be completed:
- Online registration
- All required documentation for new students including kindergarteners will need to be on file at the school
- Immunizations must be up to date (DTap, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Polio, Varicella and MMR must be completed by the end of July)
- A copy of the student’s birth certificate on file. (for new students)
- If you are new to our school, we also need three forms of proof of residency. (driver’s license, gas/phone bill, mortgage or rental bill – with the correct address on them)
You may bring these documents to the school Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm and we will make a copy of them. This will help to speed the registration process for you in July!
All students, Kindergarten through Sixth Grade, will need to be registered by July 31st. Class assignments will be available online on August 1, 2019 starting at 9:00 am using SIS @ http://www.nebo.edu/parents/sis
Kindergarten screening for our Optional Extended Day Kindergarten (OEK) will be held during the first week of school when all kindergartner's are given the required state assessment (KEEP). OEK will be offered to qualifying students the morning of Friday, August 23rd.
